DUBAI/RIYADH, Nov 16 (Reuters) – Saudi Arabia’s finance ministry signed supply chain finance agreements with three business financial institutions, Saudi state news agency SPA mentioned on Monday, in a go aimed at easing federal government payments to non-public sector suppliers this kind of as contractors.
